Greed and money destroy Tongan rugby
UK: It is sad to see and read the plight that Tongan Rugby is spiraling into yet another time warp back to the past. It seems like greed and money is the objective of this power struggle of the Rugby Committee and the players are affected in someway or another. - William Mariner.

Rugby movie "Invictus", The People are wrong!
Salt Lake City, Utah, USA: I learned something I did not know before, and admired Mr. Mandela's leadership genius in his message to then Springboks captain Francois Pienaar: "How do you inspire a people to be better than they think they are?" As a master of his charismatic leadership style, Mandela used the Springboks to unite whites and non-whites in a new "rainbow" South African nationalism. He avoided a civil war. - Sione Akemeihakau Mokofisi.

Those with political intentions should not be in TRFU
Tonga: I concur with Mr. Tu'ikolovatu when he said: "Anyone that have associated or a part of the era that TRU can't account for its finance needs to be completely out of the picture and possibly go to jail," and I think those with political intentions should not be part of the TRFU. - Samiu Sika.

What a shame!
Kailua Kona, Hawaii, USA: Hawaii Rugby Union officers arranged for a test match between the 'Ikale Tahi and US Eagle to be held in Honolulu. The match would have been held last month which it was agreed by the USA Rugby and TRU bosses. However, IRB decided that TRU needed to fix its problems first before they (IRB) will do anything more for Tonga Rugby. What a complete shame! - 'Aisea T. Tu'ikolovatu.

The real winner of inter college sports
Morgan Hill, California, USA: Everybody knows that there are schools that have only either boys or girls. When you rank their success, Tonga High School, a boys and girls school is on top. Nobody disputes the great performance by Tonga High School but a more real analysis of the individual schools performance will be more respectable if you consider separetely the schools that have only either boys or girls. - Siosaia Mila.

Rugby teams fight for big purse
Kailua, Kona, Hawaii: We need to make a stand and let the whole of Tonga know that you don't condone violence in sports. Failing to make a firm stance for good sportsmanship is a clear indication that, we emphasize on a big purse. - 'Aisea Tu'ikolovatu.

Help!
Nuku'alofa, Tonga: I was saddened by the devastating plight of Paumolevuka Tu'i 18, and Mafua Kiokata 22. I recently had a rugby jersey signed by the members of the world XV who took part in the recent coronation match to honour the King. The King himself has signed the jersey. I am going to encase the item in a frame and intend to raffle this with all proceeds going to the family of the men to help out however possible. - Bruce Shaw.
